experience within a senior clinical role - such as clinical lead, senior nurse, deputy manager role within a nursing home
care home

providing assistance with the Management of the day-to-day running of the home
ensuring high standards of care are being delivered safely in line with legislation
working with the Registered Manager to develop an ethos that reflects residents’ individual needs
ensure all staff are working in accordance with the Codes of Professional Practice for Social Care Wales
participate in weekly Manager / Deputy Meetings to communicate the needs and movements of residents and staff in the home
