  • elite Appointments are working in partnership with this very busy GP Surgery to recruit for an experienced Assistant Practice Manager
  • assist the Practice Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow management
  • collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care, coordinate appointments, and manage patient records in accordance with privacy regulations
  • support the recruitment, training, and supervision of administrative staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

  • maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals, ensuring their availability and proper storage
  • assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
  • manage financial processes, including budgeting, billing, and insurance claims, in coordination with the Practice Manager
  • you can choose if you would like to work 4 or 5 days per week, 32-40 hours per week working an 8 hour shift
  • monitor and analyse practice performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies
