The suitable candidate must be an experienced nurse qualified Home Manager with extensive knowledge of managing a care home providing nursing and dementia care. My client is looking for a Home Manager who can encourage staff to provide the highest level of quality care. They will need to empower the excellent staff team, continue to build strong relationships with external bodies to help ensure the home continues to achieve 'Good' ratings in future CQC inspections that take place.
