- foster relationships with new and existing clients, offering excellent service and innovative solutions
- collaborate with partners to develop and execute business strategies
- regularly review financial data and present reports to partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- ACCA or ACA qualified, or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience
- extensive experience within a general practice setting, preferably within a leadership role
- demonstrated knowledge of current accounting standards and regulations
- proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail
