  • team/people management experience is a pre-requisite, with demonstrable experience in turning around low-performing teams

Responsibility


  • manage the Bank’s new client and client periodic review process to ensure they are completed on time and in accordance with Bank policy
  • draft, update and provide guidance to CoB team on CoB procedures and process flows covering AML/KYC on clients and non-standard relationships
  • an overseas banking institution wish to recruit a client onboarding manager to lead a team of 7 ensuring effective client onboarding, periodic review and quality control
  • maintain a strong relationship the Financial Crime Compliance team and partner with them on AML/KYC policy and procedures matters
