Requirements
minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Home Manager in a residential or dementia care setting
proven track record of improving or maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
expertise in staff leadership, compliance auditing, and financial oversight
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care
demonstrated success in crisis management and home turnarounds, particularly for services rated ‘Requires Improvement’
10+ years’ experience in health and social care, progressing through leadership roles

prior experience in a residential childcare setting, with a preference for experience in managing homes for children with EBD
thorough comprehension of child development, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic methodologies for supporting children with intricate needs
exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with the knack for establishing rapport with children, families, and professionals
flexibility to commit to a 40-hour workweek with the option of flexible hours
devotion to continual professional growth and training, including relevant courses and workshops. Experience with Ofsted inspections and regulatory adherence is advantageous
