your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes for our patients
prepare the operating room for cardiothoracic procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and sterile
we have exciting locum Pre - Assessment Nurse position available
conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop individualized care plans
prepare the operating room with precision and ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are ready for surgery
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for critically ill children and adolescents in the PICU
mon to Fr / 08.00 - 18.00 Friday 30 min lunchbreak every day
assist the surgical team by scrubbing in and maintaining sterile technique throughout procedures
experienced complex pre assessment nurse required for elective surgery
deliver evidence-based nursing interventions and treatments to patients, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention
provide Trust and system wide collaboration with Executive colleagues in order to facilitate continuous strategic improvement
strong understanding of, and the ability, to follow policies and criteria for surgical suitability
managing your time, you will see 6-8 patients per day
ensure the Patient Record is completed in a timely and accurate way
completing pre-operative checks and referring on for review as and where needed
run a theatre list without supervision
