Responsibility


  • the role requires a personable individual, who is attentive, caring and encourages best practice
  • in January ’24, our first 4-week training course will go live
  • this is a newly-created, exciting and diverse role that offers autonomy and ownership whilst, at the same time, working as part of a small, dynamic, and professional team who is passionate about ethical and authentic aesthetic outcomes
  • you will need excellent communication skills and ability to ethically assess and advise the medically-qualified nurses, doctors, and dentists you are training
  • from Sept – Dec ’23 the focus of the role will be on the development of the training programs and course materials
  • hours here will vary with much of the work being carried out at home and in hours to suit you
  • any experience of aesthetic machines is useful but not essential, with the opportunity to be trained on these
  • for this you will be required to work more intensively, delivering training to our cohort of six at the Skin Within Aesthetics Training Academy in Poole, and to a pre-agreed timetable
  • we will support you with further advanced training as required
  • training courses will run three times a year, most likely in January, post-Easter, and September, and all of which will be in term-times
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience administering aesthetic treatments is required and previous training experience advantageous
  • in between the training courses we would look for you to support with content creation and clarification to ensure that any marketing messages we use or blogs are as clinically accurate as possible
  • as the franchise expands across Dorset, Hampshire and beyond, there will be the opportunity to assist in the development of our education team and further your aesthetics training career
  • A valid NMC or GMC registration is essential
  • our ideal candidate will have already undertaken relevant training in the field and will be experienced and confident in dermal fillers, skin boosters and anti-wrinkle injections, with skin peels and mezzo-therapy desirable
  • aligns with current nursing and midwifery good practice
  • aligns with nursing and midwifery standards of practice
  • is at a suitable level of difficulty for nurses and midwifes at the point of entry to the profession
  • is asking candidates for skills and knowledge in realistic professional scenarios
