- here at Stockton Hall Hospital in York, we currently have a vacancy for a Security Manager

- develop, delivery and implementation of security related policy and procedure
- with hospitals around the country, 30 years of experience in our sector and highly skilled and experienced teams, we help patients and commissioners find the right care pathways without the need for multiple reassessments
Requirements
- the successful post holder should have experience of managing security procedures within a care or education setting
- knowledge of local police policies and initiatives
- good knowledge of data protection, information governance and confidentiality issues
- must be able to work autonomously on confidential and highly sensitive subjects, such as investigations
- excellent ability to train and communicate with all levels of staff
- highly dependable and self-motivated
- ability to communicate sensitive information to managers and staff
- ability to manage own workload and act on own initiative, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
