Requirements


  • clinical Operations Learning & Development Lead
  • BA/BS degree; graduate degree a plus
  • excellent knowledge of the drug development process, specifically clinical trials/research
  • knowledge of international standards and ethics/IRB approval process
  • 5+ years' experience field monitoring experience as a clinical trial monitor/clinical research associate
  • postgraduate veterinary qualification
  • A strong understanding of veterinary sciences, animal welfare, medical and veterinary terminology
  • postgraduate qualification related to Quality Improvement and clinical governance
  • proficiency in the principles of Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine and its practical application
  • previous experience in a similar research role
  • excellent research skills and the ability to effectively report on extensive bodies of research
  • experience supporting Quality Improvement through EBVM in a veterinary or healthcare setting
  • experience of leading research projects and securing funding for research activities
  • leadership experience
  • exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business
