clinical Operations Learning & Development Lead
BA/BS degree; graduate degree a plus
excellent knowledge of the drug development process, specifically clinical trials/research
knowledge of international standards and ethics/IRB approval process
5+ years' experience field monitoring experience as a clinical trial monitor/clinical research associate
postgraduate veterinary qualification
A strong understanding of veterinary sciences, animal welfare, medical and veterinary terminology
postgraduate qualification related to Quality Improvement and clinical governance
proficiency in the principles of Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine and its practical application
previous experience in a similar research role
excellent research skills and the ability to effectively report on extensive bodies of research
experience supporting Quality Improvement through EBVM in a veterinary or healthcare setting
experience of leading research projects and securing funding for research activities
leadership experience
exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business
