Requirements

valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse/Learning Disability Nurse with the NMC
experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and autism
strong knowledge of person-centered care, care planning, and risk management
excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
proactive and innovative with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances
commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements
passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions , learning disabilities and autism
care: 3 years
valid NMC pin
to be successful for this role, a valid NMC pin and 6 months NHS experience is required
A minimum of 6 months relevant NHS experience with completed preceptorship
A minimum of 6 months relevant NHS experience is required within the last 2 years
A minimum of 6 months relevant NHS experience would be beneficial
A minimum of 6 months NHS experience would be beneficial
A minimum of 6 months of relevant NHS experience would be beneficial
to be successful for this role, being a great team player and having one year of NHS experience would be beneficial
A valid NMC pin number and in-dated breakaway training is required
