as the national Workforce Management solution for the NHS in England and Wales the functionality and technologies within NHS ESR solution are making a real difference to the ESR experience for NHS managers and employees
there is now an opportunity to join the NHS ESR regional team on an 8 month fixed term contract in the North of England, working specifically in the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw, Humber Coast and Vale regions
establishing/developing, supporting and maintaining effective user forums within the allocated region
this role requires an ambitious, highly focussed and delivery orientated individual who will be responsible for influencing executives and managers at all levels in the NHS across the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw, Humber Coast and Vale regions developing and managing sustainable regional relationships and networks
excellent functional knowledge of the ESR solution and communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential to joining a national service team that is passionate about helping the NHS get the most from ESR
targeting full deployment and utilisation of ESR functionality, and in particular Self Service as this is where the benefits of the portal and portlets can be realised
