you will need to handle this single handily with the help of a small off shore team based in India
important parts;- You MUST be able to work in West London 2 days per week and 3 days from home
manual Testing Manager - Data Migration
we need the services of a senior hands on Manual Tester who can run a very large scale live test of a Teradata Vantage Cloud migration activity
manage UAT and E2E testing across five key workstreams
develop and implement detailed UAT and E2E testing plans for each workstream
identify and Report risks, issues and incidents
AWS or Azure migration experience

you will join the Oracle HCM Programme Team working in partnership with our selected System Integrator
key Accountabilities
takes ownership of test stages, managing them to successful completion
your role as Test Manager will be pivotal in ensuring that MOSCOW requirements are successfully met in accordance with the Test Acceptance criteria prior to promotion to live
key contributor in shaping the Test Strategy working with our SI Partner
you will bring to the role significant experience in the utilisation of Test Management best practice within a corporate business change programme, ideally in a related utilities sector
to document Test Plans based on Test Management best practice
you will also be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and experience with respect to implementing Oracle HCM Learning, Succession&Talent and Compensation modules and data migration and integrations between an Oracle E Business ERP on premise platform and the Oracle HCM platform
provision and validation of testing estimates as input to the planning processes
this assignment is a managerial / testing leadership role to ensure full readiness for the forthcoming SIT and UAT test phases
stakeholder Management and Business engagement will be key aspects of the role alongside technical and testing knowledge
