  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating effective workload organisation and excellent communication skills
  • ability to establish and develop a new role as part of a small team within a rapidly evolving organisation
  • experience of Networks, VMware
  • proven track record in delivering technology projects

Responsibility


  • providing preventative maintenance services
  • troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
  • call progress updating via smart phone
  • adherence to service level agreements to all customers across Ireland
  • management of supplied tools and parts to 100% accuracy
  • maintain system performance and adhere to Service Level Agreements to maximize colleague satisfaction
  • diagnose, repair, and install systems, achieving a high level of technical expertise across the range of products we support
  • assist with larger installation and service projects, working closely with the wider team
  • strive for high levels of first-time fixes within your region through in-depth product knowledge and logical fault-finding techniques
  • translate the companys strategic goals into actionable plans
  • provide excellent organisational, communication, and customer-facing skills in all interactions
  • execute tasks promptly and efficiently in line with company procedures, always presenting a professional image
  • handle colleague queries courteously, working closely with Support Administration and Third Parties to resolve issues
  • adapt to the fast-paced nature of our business and carry out work outside normal working hours when necessary
  • field Support: Manage on-site technical, project and sales team requirements in support of customer engagements and managed service delivery
  • will include the decommissioning and install of new desktops and carrying out equipment audits
  • follow clearly defined installation guidelines and end user familiarisation on new equipment
  • apply defined Asset Management process and procedures
  • maintaining equipment, overseeing the maintenance of client IT equipment and IT infrastructure
  • creating reports to document and keep track of issues
