Responsibility

  • providing preventative maintenance services
  • troubleshooting and repair of IT hardware
  • call progress updating via smart phone
  • adherence to service level agreements to all customers across Ireland
  • management of supplied tools and parts to 100% accuracy
  • field Support: Manage on-site technical, project and sales team requirements in support of customer engagements and managed service delivery
  • will include the decommissioning and install of new desktops and carrying out equipment audits
  • follow clearly defined installation guidelines and end user familiarisation on new equipment
  • apply defined Asset Management process and procedures
  • maintaining equipment, overseeing the maintenance of client IT equipment and IT infrastructure
  • creating reports to document and keep track of issues
  • collaborate with our experienced TCOMET team, both on-site and remotely, to ensure seamless operations
  • report directly to the TCOMET Project Manager
  • support TCOMET systems with installation, software configuration and maintenance of on-site systems, including radio, fibre optic, networking, CCTV and automation systems
