Responsibility


  • create attractive adverts to post onto multiple job boards
  • resource on job boards to attract new talent
  • utilise online and offline sources to create a broad candidate pool in line with current and future business needs
  • create LinkedIn projects to build candidate pipelines both active and passive candidates
  • work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on I&D initiatives to ensure there are diverse shortlists for all roles
  • hit or exceed the direct sourcing target set
  • arranging meetings with hiring managers to understand the role specifications and qualifications, putting together a recruitment & interview strategy, making suggestions on testing at interview stage
  • liaise with HRBP's to build a timeline of future roles and start to build a talent pipeline
  • check responses from adverts and telephone interview shortlisted candidates
  • working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to maximise visibility of People's Partnership through employer brand building projects
  • pre-screen potential candidates over the phone or MS Teams to discuss and question their suitability for a position at People's Partnership
  • meet individual revenue targets
  • canvas new clients and build desk
