Requirements


  • teaching small groups: 1 year
  • at least 2 years’ experience as a teacher, teaching assistant or tutor
  • an undergraduate degree and strong academic background
  • delivery of excellent lesson plans and reports

  • have substantial, demonstrable leadership and management experience in a SEN school and of developing and managing staff teams

  • leading dynamic group lessons with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude
  • implement routine checks of instruments to ensure they are in good condition

  • together with the Principal, you will lead the management responsibility for staff, resources, student attendance, parental concerns or complaints and health and safety on site
