Responsibility


  • we are looking for a creative, organised and caring Montessori teacher to join our team. We focus on promoting children's independence, to help me, help myself
  • working alongside the EYFS in addition to montessori method of teaching
  • playing games with children, ensuring safety and wellbeing of them at all times
  • observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment
  • carrying out observations of children
  • developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of the individual child
  • creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued
  • updating child's records, assisting on trips to places of interest with children such as nature walks and theatre
