reporting to your Management team you will represent our Clients and provide a discreet presence, recording observations and incidents, liaising with your management team and relevant authorities
identifying and advising store management and staff of any possible stock loss risks and best practice in loss prevention
detecting, apprehending and detaining persons guilty of stealing Company property, cash or merchandise
conducting regular and random searches of employee and contractors’ possessions in line with the Company policy
providing a fair and consistent level of enforcement of all Company policies and procedures and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
record all incidents on the MySecurity app
all incidents reported should include full incident and offender descriptions
£15.79 per hour
40 hours a week
must be flexible as job requires to travel to Co Op Stores in the Maidstone and surrounding area
observe, Deter, and Arrest: Monitor activities to prevent and address criminal behavior
civil Recovery: Issue civil recovery notices where applicable
