Requirements


  • lead projects to help clients enhance their response to cyber events, particularly at the Executive and Board level
  • lead cyber crisis management programmes working with colleagues across our Crisis and Resilience practice
  • lead and organise complex activities supporting existing and new tactical/ strategic PSec Crisis Management Teams in the region
  • advise clients on their cyber crisis preparedness including undertaking reviews, developing plans, playbooks and running cyber crisis exercises, specifically around ransomware
  • proven experience of delivering major technology ventures and programmes with budgets in excess of £1m
  • ability to resolve conflict and manage challenging situations
  • project delivery experience across a security programme
  • experience developing and launching legal and regulatory Compliance Monitoring Frameworks including compliance with BSI, ISO, PCI DSS, and their associated accreditations
  • experience delivering schemes in Data & Info Sec functions preferably in regulated environments
  • working experience of delivering schemes within control environments
  • working experience of project management methodologies
  • proven ability to implement global Change Management programmes
  • defined, produced, and implemented strategies, policies, processes in a Data & Info Sec function, including - ISMS, BCP, Data protection & governance, Document mgmt
  • stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge supportively and effectively where appropriate

Responsibility


  • ensure that project management methodology is adhered to and all documentation is developed and maintained to agreed standards
  • conduct risk assessments using approved Bowtie software aligning it with CAF
  • engage with colleagues to identify the facilities at sites that have industrial control systems requiring cyber security risk assessments
  • present to the forums the current plans for conducting risk assessments and completion dates
  • coordinate with relevant project managers
  • maintain a good knowledge of smart building technology and how it can be applied within the organisation
  • management of the contract including Client Obligations and Scope
  • clear and concise weekly status project reporting and plan updates
  • delivering project within the defined project methodology - following the EIT Portfolio Office guidance and framework
  • manage the financial reporting process
  • managing resources and stakeholders effectively, establishing clear comms and escalations routes and managing expectations
  • work together with the DC Exit Programme Manager, MPS and other Delivery Leads in order to realize the common project targets
  • taking ownership for the delivery of the benefits - not just the project
  • management and motivation of the project team, including setting of objectives for direct reports and timely completion of their assignment reviews
  • overall responsibility for project success, achieving project targets e.g., margin and delivering to the agreed timescales
  • leading and motivating project team members
  • management of the project through its complete lifecycle and multiple aspects with particular focus on the management of the Project Plan, Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Change Control
  • ensure compliance with UPM
  • proven experience of Cyber or IT contract management
  • experience in developing and implementing contract management services, working with vendors and internal customers and monitoring service budgets
