Responsibility


  • oversee the smooth day to day running of all aspects of the Funeral business across all branches
  • organise and lead the team on the Funeral ceremony, making sure all necessary preparation and information is understood
  • meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration
  • make sure client needs, service levels and KPIs are met
