This is a great opportunity for a someone who is looking for an office based role to grow and develop within the financial services industry. You will be the first point of contact for clients throughout the buying process of properties, through excellent and thorough training you will guide, advise and provide administration support to ensure a smooth process from initial consultation to completion. Liaising both internally and externally this is a role in which you will build great rapport and become an integral part in making sure communication is clear and accurate, allowing for excellent customer service standards. Key Duties:
Responding to telephone and email enquiresDiary managementResponsible for the maintenance of client files ensuring they are fully compliantReceiving mortgage applications from advisersLiaising with product providers, mortgage lenders, solicitors and estate agents to progress applicationsChecking and issuing insurance policy documentsCompiling invoicesRegularly updating clients with progress of applicationsAssisting with producing financial reports and lettersSorting and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing postOrdering maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
