  • prior experience of working as a Door Supervisor in the Security Industry
  • A valid front line SIA Licence or current certificate of completion of SIA front line training
  • A full UK Driving Licence or be able to get to and from site on their own merits
  • be able to provide a full 5 year background check in line with BS7858
  • door Supervisor: 1 year
  • carpentry: 1 year
  • fire Door: 1 year
  • hold a valid SIA licence and have experience in the security industry
  • experience delivering SIA Training courses and preparing lesson plans and materials
  • hold a licence with an SIA approved PI programme provider, with evidence of annual refresher training
  • level 3 qualification in the Delivery of Conflict Management training
  • level 3 qualification in Physical Intervention
  • experience delivering Physical Intervention Training
  • good level of ICT skills
  • ability to motivate self and learners

Responsibility


  • achieve all pre agreed KPI targets via the effective supervision of operatives
  • monitor organise and direct operatives and subcontractors to ensure all agreed productivity levels are met
  • build an excellent working relationship with the client and their designated partners
  • ensure all operatives work in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • carry out pre and post inspections as required to raise accurate works
  • check quality of works carried out
  • ensure operatives comply with all Health and Safety procedures
  • manage and monitor all work in progress to ensure effective service delivery is achieved
  • address poor performance promptly
  • report any accidents to Health and Safety Manager immediately
  • carry out appropriate regular communication meetings with operatives and subcontractors, such as performance meetings, toolbox talks and one to ones
  • carry out Firestopping Duties in line with manufacturer’s instructions and Firas third
  • delivering engaging and informative SIA Training programmes
  • providing learners with guidance, feedback, and advice to help them succeed
  • creating and implementing relevant lesson plans and materials
  • ensuring compliance with SIA standards and regulations
  • maintaining accurate records of learner progress and outcomes
  • collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
