Responsibility

  • senior Technical Product Manager – Up to £100,000 – Fully Remote – Award Winning Start-up
  • contributing to the development of the product strategy and roadmap
  • represent the Directory Services team in forums such as working groups, steering committees and operating groups
  • collect, manage, and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
  • lead a team of engineers and drive collaboration and harmonious relationships with other technical teams
  • validate specifications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are consistent with articulated business requirements and deliver the expected results
  • monitor, report and improve product performance
  • work closely with the Information Security department to ensure that we are meeting security and compliance requirements in our delivery
  • run prototypes, trials, and MVPs, using a design thinking approach to discover new solutions to their users’ problems
  • ensures the product roadmap supports the goals and strategy of the business and reflects market intelligence and customer needs
  • actively measure and analyse existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve
  • integrate performance metrics, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • becoming an expert on their platform and their core value intention, including a deep understanding of their target markets and the competitive landscape
  • delivery of the Directory Services roadmap for AD and Azure AD in consultation with IAM Product Managers and respective delivery work stream leads using the Scaled Agile Framework
  • maintain ownership of product planning, development, and lifecycle management, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams to execute against product goals and OKRs
