design, build, and maintain data pipelines using modern technologies and best practices
develop working relationships with key business stakeholders and build understanding of the commercial, technical, and operational landscape and business strategy
develop and optimize search capabilities using ElasticSearch
work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data infrastructure needs
be the service owner for key technology towers, in particular Data Centre Hosting, VMware

develop and implement data security policies and procedures
