Requirements

A passion to lead quality engineering and automation
extensive experience within a modern quality engineering role, with a good knowledge of the full development lifecycle
experience working within a collaborative Agile team
experience in QA Automation projects
proficiency in 1 or 2 coding languages, preferably including JavaScript
manual Functional and Non-Functional Testing
experience using Java, C#, Python or VB to develop bespoke test automation solutions
agile and Software Development Life-cycle knowledge and experience
able to developer advanced test plans, criteria, test conditions from the user stories along with technical design and specifications
creation and Design of Test Plans from scratch

excellent written and verbal communication skills

familiar with advance quality tools , life cycle management and/or advanced product quality planning
drive Investigations and problem solving with the aim to improve performance and customer satisfaction
perform Quality audits
drive and assist in Project Lessons Learned activities to support continuous improvement
A relevant qualification such as an engineering based degree, HND, BTECH, etc., or equivalent work experience
the focus of this role is to be part of a team that manages and implements Quality in a highly regulated and technologically advanced company
practical experience working in a Quality / Project Assurance / engineering discipline within an electronics, avionic, automotive, defence, space or similar advanced manufacturing Industry
good to have experience in Appium
good knowledge and hands on experience in Java and Java script programming languages
experience working with Git and Jenkins
experience testing APIs using postman or similar tools
experience in non-functional testing like performance and OAT
knowledge in cloud is good to have
hands on experience with API and UI Automation Frameworks. Preferably - Rest assured with cucumber and cypress/selenium
