Requirements


  • bachelor’s Degree
  • professional Teaching Qualification - QTS/QTLS
  • be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Check
  • strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
  • ability to manage classroom dynamics and foster a supportive learning environment

  • knowledge of early childhood education principles and teaching methodologies
  • qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
  • experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly autism and/or learning difficulties
  • the passion to teach and inspire young people during a crucial stage of their personal and academic development
  • each student has a diagnosis of Autism and the schools students range from ages 5 to 16
  • knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the SEND Code of Practice
  • A nurturing, patient, empathetic and holistic approach
  • UK Primary school teaching: 1 year
  • qualifications: Relevant qualification in Teaching and Learning e.g. PGCE or QTS
  • compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Enhanced DBS/Children’s Barred List check QTS, PGCE

Responsibility
