  • progress deals on new lettings from acceptance of offer to the tenancy commencement date
  • confirm renewal terms with tenants ensuring all renewal documentation and legal requirements are met
  • draft and prepare Tenancy Agreements
  • instruct inventory check in and check outs
  • managing deposits held with the DPS
  • liaising with tenants, lettings agencies and contractors
  • dealing with contractors working on maintenance and refurbishments within the portfolio
  • good experience of lettings administration and tenancy renewals
  • ensure all relevant letting checks have been carried out and that up to date certification is in place relating to Energy Performance, Gas, Electricity and Fire Safety
  • land Registry checks
  • submitting AML for Landlord/Vendor
  • update Landlord/Vendor details on Reapit
  • conflict of interest searches
  • search for/order and upload EPC’s
  • order photos & EIC/EICR and upload to Reapit
  • obtain sign off from Vendor
