  • have a vast amount of experience working with commercial properties and managing a large portfolios of said properties

  • MRICS qualified with a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial property management and valuation

  • ability to work under pressure, using own initiative and use own judgment to make decisions within guidelines
  • demonstrable knowledge of statutory requirements and various codes governing good estates management practice including RICS Code of Measuring Practice, Commercial Lease Code, and Service Charge code

Responsibility


  • managing a variety of Code Agreements, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, General Management Queries/Issues
  • preparing and presenting summaries for legal documentation
  • A point of contact in respect of property issues and projects for the Clients
  • analysing and manipulating data via client database
  • manage new lettings, negotiate leases with new tenants and instruct property agents
  • you will be responsible for managing a property portfolio in Nottinghamshire. Predominantly in the retail Social Housing space. The role will include general property management, managing tenancies, rent reviews and lease consultancy

  • providing support and advice to St Leger Homes Doncaster on all Asset related matters
  • all asset related activities supporting the delivery of the Councils Asset Management Strategy and associated plans
  • supporting the technical and professional development of less experienced and unqualified Surveyors
