experience of residential property management
knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations will be helpful, but not essential
driving licence, travel to client properties will be required
experience of dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors

A good overall education to 'A' Level / NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent

lead and manage the development projects
coordinate the construction project managers
identify and acquire suitable development sites/land opportunities
promote sites through the planning system to obtain planning permission
achieve annual targets for land with implementable planning permission to go into production
acquire land on the most cost-effective basis and within defined areas
manage land and property assets acquired for development but not yet in production
work closely with internal teams to support Hyde’s strategic objectives achieve annual targets
skills and Experience
candidates must have relevant experience within a residential property development role

efficient day to day management of your portfolio
regular property site visits
attending, holding and chairing AGM’s, EGM’s, Resident and director meetings
encourage continuous improvement of current systems and processes
health & Safety compliance for blocks
preparation and management of annual service charge budgets
understand and interpret lease agreements, land registry documentation and company articles
proactively manage asset equipment
