experience in the property sector would be advantageous, but not essential. You will maintain the smooth running of all property administration tasks, including troubleshooting and liaising with third parties where necessary

setting up new loan milestones
ongoing covenant and milestone monitoring
ownership of monthly risk monitoring reporting pack
identification of issues to be escalated and outsourced to Credit, Finance and Legal
attending regular site visits with borrowers and surveyors
assisting in-house Monitoring Surveyors on development issues
managing borrower portal
ongoing account maintenance
maintaining data quality standards
managing and releasing drawdowns on existing loans
monitoring serviced loan repayments
preparing borrower statements and redemption statements
redemption reminder letters
scheduling regular property visits to check and monitor the property interiors
management of the lease administration process
conduct Capex analysis by maintaining a spreadsheet of project and cost breakdowns
keep the tracker up to date on new acquisitions and disposals
review monthly Health & Safety report from the managing agents and report results to the team
