  • develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • regularly meeting with clients to ensure their gardens are kept to a high standard
  • coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
  • maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance history
  • collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and ensure smooth operations
  • conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems
  • administrative duties including quotations, contracts, invoicing and recruitment
  • oversee the daily operations of horticultural activities, including garden maintenance, development, and design opportunities
  • manage and lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled horticulturists, providing leadership, training, and support
