Responsibility


  • running our birthday parties which include a number of activities such as bug hunting, shelter building, scarecrow making and animal handling
  • to work within a team of experienced and knowledgeable rangers from Lampton’s Countryside Service
  • to engage with our existing social media pages, as well as physical media (i.e
  • removal of fly tips and tree clearances
  • patrolling the countryside sites to encourage responsible enjoyment of the nature reserves to comply with the park bye laws
  • this is a hands-on role which will require a flexible work approach. The job is based outdoors in all weathers and will be physically demanding
  • produce monthly progress reports and monitor key performance indicators
  • ensure safe operation, maintenance and cleaning of equipment, machinery, and vehicles. Carry out essential maintenance work, equipment checks, including daily and routine maintenance and duties as trained to do so
