Responsibility


  • provide oversight across CRE technology workstreams to ensure robust management and successful/timely delivery
  • coordinate with accountable business representatives, vendors and architects to shape and agree service line roadmaps
  • lead Quarterly planning events with accountable business representatives to validate and agree delivery priorities
  • implementing and running overarching vendor management framework for Corporate Real Estate outsourced technology, in line with client's standards
  • working with Head of CS Technology to provide portfolio oversight, tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and clarity of work to do, work in progress and work completed
  • understand the priorities of the key stakeholders within global and regional teams and agree the best approach to engage and partner with them
  • drive forward Smart Building and IOT working groups to deliver standards, frameworks and roadmap that will help enable client to realise its Smart Building, Automation and Business Intelligence aspirations
  • coordinating across SMEs and working groups to inform supplier selection framework for services and outsourced technology, which is aligned to client target state architecture and standardsSenior stakeholder communication, engagement and influencing
  • organise and manage a variety of sports and recreational activities on and off the estate
  • ensure a fun and entertaining atmosphere for residents and guests
  • exhibit an eye for detail and maintain a humble and outgoing attitude
  • join in where required in the various activities
  • executing strategic asset management initiatives including leasing, rent reviews, lease renegotiations, refurbishments, and hold/sell analysis
  • modelling, underwriting, creating, and presenting IC decks and transaction management
  • assisting with lease renegotiations
  • developing and implementing annual business plans to optimise performance in line with fund strategies
  • valuation analysis and portfolio analytics metrics
  • quarterly tenant KPI monitoring
  • investor relations and liaison - advising and challenging the investors to derive capital value and increase income across the portfolio
  • line manage and coach all direct reports
