Responsibility


  • communicate effectively with clients to understand their property needs
  • assist clients in buying, selling, residential or commercial properties
  • conduct property viewings and provide guidance on market conditions
  • negotiate prices and terms of sales or rental agreements
  • prepare and complete real estate documents and contracts
  • market properties through various channels
  • generating and carrying out market appraisals
  • we take care of a lot for you; including administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation

  • present an irresistible proposition to potential sellers
  • create world class marketing campaigns for luxury properties
