Responsibility

negotiate prices and terms of sales or rental agreements
prepare and complete real estate documents and contracts
market properties through various channels
conduct market appraisal with potential sellers
we help and support with; administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, lead generation
generating and carrying out market appraisals
conduct property viewings and open houses
develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients from appraisal to completion
stay updated on local property market trends
