active NMC Registration
previous clinical leadership experience, ideally within a nursing home environment
sound knowledge of NMC code of Conduct and standards and the revalidation process
sound knowledge of the Care Inspectorate Standards
valid NMC Pin
CQC Knowledge & Audit Knowledge
proven experience of managing a care team, encouraging, leading and motivating others
strong understanding of safeguarding & compliance
passionate, driven, confident and resilient Leader
have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team
keen in developing yourself and others & able to build good relationships with the residents & their families
you will ensure it maintains the highest standards of care whilst running it as efficiently as possible
valid NMC registration and a clear DBS check are required
experience in an Eating Disorder environment is desirable but not essential; however, prior experience in Mental Health is required
NMC registration as either an RMN or RNLD is required. Other nursing registrations may be considered if you have experience in a similar setting
management experience in a similar setting is required, including roles such as Ward Manager or Clinical Services Manager. If you are currently a Ward Manager, a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in this position is necessary
evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically, managerially, preferably evidenced by certification RN with valid NMC Registration
registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies
GPHC registered
