Responsibility

assess, investigate, and manage Energy and Marine claims, ensuring all are processed in line with reinsurance policy terms and conditions
handle the complete lifecycle of claims, from notification through to settlement, ensuring timely resolution
monitor and track open claims, aiming to minimize the lifecycle of each case
prepare Large Loss Notifications and ensure the accurate and timely booking of significant claims
assist in quarterly and monthly claims reviews, ensuring accurate reserve levels
provide detailed reports on claims trends and offer strategic input into claims management processes
liaise with internal stakeholders such as underwriters and actuaries and coordinate with external experts like loss adjusters to ensure seamless claims handling
investigating and processing claims
negotiating settlements with clients, claimants and insurers
liaising with clients, brokers and insurers
providing advice and guidance to clients and claimants
ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner
maintaining accurate records and documentation
ensure a swift response and settlement of claims, whilst constantly reviewing service standards
