Responsibility


  • investigating and processing claims
  • negotiating settlements with clients, claimants and insurers
  • liaising with clients, brokers and insurers
  • providing advice and guidance to clients and claimants
  • ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • ensure a swift response and settlement of claims, whilst constantly reviewing service standards
  • we currently have multiple Claims Handler vacancies in Marine Liability, Hull and Machinery
  • negotiate claims with markets in order to maximise client retention
