keep client led partners updated on progress
understand the client's key areas of focus and issues
preparation of legal, rates and fee negotiations with client procurement
regular reporting against client account strategy

making presentations and attending business meetings with clients
attending conferences to generate new opportunities
working with marketing to achieve income targets
providing sales forecasts using pipeline reporting
managing high value and strategic existing clients
providing insurance advice and protecting clients with appropriate products
adhering to FCA TCF principles and treating customers fairly
cross-selling opportunities to other B2B areas
collecting and using feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management
developing and maintaining effective customer relationships to secure renewals and sales opportunities within named existing clients
helping to develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships
qualifying new sales leads and nurturing new business leads through the sales cycle to handover with a Regional Account Manager
