Responsibility

coordinating all aspects of Bid writing, including tender responses, proposal writing and grants applications
researching, analysing, and evaluating procurement opportunities
gathering and validating relevant information from various sources, e.g., clients, consultants, colleagues, and other stakeholders
engaging with internal and external stakeholders, e.g., designers, planners, contractors, and other partners, to develop compelling bids and proposals
assisting to maintain accurate records of project developments
support in the implementation, organisation and tracking of all aspects of the Bid process
this will include proposal responses, cover letters, executive summaries, and supporting documents
proof reading to an exceptional standard to include grammatical, technical and brand accuracy
bid Writer Skills and Experience Required
complete customised responses and related documentation for formal Requests for Proposal and competitive sales engagements that communicate the value proposition and service offering
excellent command of English, both written and verbal is essential
previous business writing experience
previous experience working with a Travel Management Company is preferred
proposal and document management from conception to final delivery of bid packages
develop and write winning copy for Bids
work closely with the Bid and Project teams to understand customer drivers and develop winning strategies for Bids
ensure risk and opportunities are identified and properly evaluated to develop a winning submission
understand the tender pipeline in the medium/short term and revenue streams for the business
develop and manage the central library of supporting information for Bids
ensure processes are followed, relevant meetings are scheduled and attended and actions recorded and completed on time
