  • collaborate with Business Development Manager to assess lead fit and prioritise outreach efforts
  • lead Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads and target companies within the designated sectors
  • lead Qualification: Engage in proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify leads and identify decision-makers
  • attend conventions / Expo’s to help generate leads face to face and or work on part of any Kura stand
  • previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
  • familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus
  • ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
  • strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Responsibility


  • partner with sales and marketing to deliver the required daily lead volume to achieve sales targets
  • utilize LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to increase our contact database and social reach
  • develop and execute nurture campaigns that will help convert leads to qualified sales leads
  • travel to meetings and exhibitions on average 4 to 5 times a year
  • conduct a thorough needs analysis and determine prospects' budget, decision-makers, needs, and timelines
  • work with the sales teams to develop and ensure the handoff of qualified leads
  • prepare and analyze lead pipeline reports and dashboards. Provide reports on key metrics and ROI of lead generation efforts. Provide and execute recommendations for improvement based on the metrics
  • conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
  • provide information about products or services to potential customers
  • answer questions and address concerns of potential customers
  • record and update customer information in the company database
  • book telephone appointments with potential customers to discuss insurance requirements with one of our insurance specialists
  • achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • identify prospects from on-line services, gather leads and establish regular communication with clients via telephone and email
  • manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
  • maintain CRM with all relevant details
  • you'll lead in developing and maintaining relationships using professional social media and work alongside the sales and marketing teams to develop materials that effectively generate opportunities for new and existing business relationships
