Responsibility


  • conduct market research and analyse customer data to inform product development, pricing and other business decisions
  • identify customer needs and trends in the industry
  • develop and implement effective research strategies
  • generate insightful reports and present findings to senior management
  • develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • support the commissioning, coordination, and delivery of market research projects
  • develop questionnaires and discussion guides for research objectives
  • manage external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights
  • maintain an up-to-date library of market research and thought leadership information
  • build staff and student contacts to create a community of engaged participants for research projects
  • manage brand tracking and other subscribed data sources
  • help facilitate focus groups, and manage or support participant recruitment, with internal and external audiences when required
  • to maintain an up-to-date, online library of market research and thought leadership information
  • working with colleagues across the Group to gather data to collate, analyse and interpret information to support business recommendations/decisions
  • maintain and monitor competitor landscape analysis, from course development to campaigns, and build category insight around wider higher education and consumer trends
  • being a primary client contact for day-to-day inquiries
  • feedback on and design questionnaires and discussion guides
