proficiency in Android development using Kotlin
strong experience with RestAPI integration and Postman for testing
proven track record of delivering applications to the Google Play Store would be preferred
previous experience of managing small development teams as part of a bigger organisation
strong problem-solving and debugging skills
familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems
excellent communication and teamwork abilities
flexibility to work onsite a couple of times per month would be expected
