Responsibility
- provide general administrative support
- assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities
- facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely
- handle various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and managing personnel files, uniform issue
- organise and coordinate team events and activities
- support the HR Manager in conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- coordinating the procurement and issue of uniform
- £16,250 per annum , 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday inclusive
