Responsibility

  • deliver personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals
  • conduct group fitness classes with professionalism and energy
  • maintain client confidentiality and uphold a high standard of discretion
  • represent Fitness-Coach with exceptional professionalism and customer service
  • ensure the safety of participants during classes
  • monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement
  • plan and conduct fitness classes to a group of all abilities outdoors in all weathers all year round
  • provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
  • be enthusiastic and welcoming to both existing members and new trialists
  • be available for at least 4 sessions a month on a flexible rota
  • lead classes for groups of diverse clients, ensuring a fun, safe, and effective workout
  • design energetic and inclusive class formats that cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced
  • provide personalised instruction and modifications to meet individual client needs, ensuring a positive and encouraging class experience
  • foster a welcoming and motivating environment that encourages clients to push their boundaries and explore their full potential
  • collaborate with the MOHIITO team to organise special events, workshops, and community-building activities
  • assist in the maintenance and cleanliness of the studio and equipment, ensuring a safe and inviting space for everyone
  • maintain a deep understanding of your modality, staying up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to keep classes fresh and engaging
  • conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants
  • develop and implement exercise programs based on individual needs and goals
  • educate participants on proper form, technique, and safety precautions
