utilise various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events etc
coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for all parties involved
working closely with hiring teams, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates, and ensuring a transparent and respectful communication flow
align candidate profiles with role requirements, identifying and presenting qualified candidates to the appropriate teams and hiring managers
maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Teamtailor
support with the onboarding and induction process of new hires, for both temporary and permanent hires
build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience throughout each stage of the recruitment process
contribute to Vintage Cash Cow’s employer brand by sharing engaging content regarding hiring and success stories on social media and other relevant platforms
Requirements
strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques and interview evaluation
high-volume hiring experience
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability and confidence to engage in regular video and in-person interviews
experienced in either in-house recruitment or agency recruitment
strong organisational skills and attention to detail
experience using HiBob and TeamTailor
passion for staying informed about industry trends, best practices and promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace
experience in employer branding and employee engagement
