Responsibility

collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement operational improvements within the investment banking domain
conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identify areas for optimization, and propose effective solutions to enhance efficiency
stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting investment banking operations
develop and maintain detailed business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
act as a liaison between business units and technology teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements
create and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior management, supporting decision-making processes
lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within the specified contract period
apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (including the use of business information tools
identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use and help the team decide the most appropriate approach
identify and communicate with key stakeholders
schedule and facilitate requirements workshops with the relevant business areas andsurface requirements from users
gather, review, and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
derive business requirements from the business, covering the full breadth of the high-levelscope already identified
liaise between various business departments and groups
derive technical integration requirements and data mapping designs to meet documenteduser stories
assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling
map out technical integration requirements to ascertain data mappings and technicalsolutions needed to integrate systems to meet the business needs
maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
