Responsibility


  • apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (including the use of business information tools
  • identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use and help the team decide the most appropriate approach
  • identify the business analysis activity and deliverables for all projects within the Digital Policing Programme
  • lead, manage, mentor, and support all members of the BA team
  • plan, manage and co-ordinate the work activities for the BA team
  • oversee the quality of work produced by the BA team
  • provide weekly progress reports on the activities agreed within the project plan
  • provide advice on best practice methodologies, tools and templates where required
  • develop and maintain the finance team and other stakeholder engagement
  • analyse and report on key financial metrics and trends
  • understand business models and help translate this into business requirements
  • collaborate with the management team to ensure information is provided and easily understood
  • monitor and report on project progress and escalate issues as necessary
  • work with stakeholders across all business functions to define requirements
