  • we are looking to appoint a Full-time Permanent Conveyancing / Private Client Paralegal to work within our busy team
  • assist team members in individual transactions and broader project work within our Planning Team
  • manage aspects of files that are managed by qualified lawyers and carry out simple, routine tasks
  • to liaise with the Department Managers and Department Head to establish daily responsibilities
  • reviewing local searches against previous records
  • liaising with clients and external professionals in a professional manner
  • handle diverse tasks related to planning work, including planning applications, appeals, regeneration projects, and section 106 agreements

Contract type

  • following guidance on privacy laws to undertake a first level review for Data Subject Access Requests
  • 12 months Legal Assistant / Paralegal experience
  • using e-disclosure platforms and specific systems to implement redaction policies and decisions, to provide disclosure to relevant stakeholders
  • accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility
  • reviewing and organising data relevant to the Inquiry and presenting in a preferred format to assist the investigation
  • experience of the disclosure process including knowledge on privilege would be preferable
  • taking detailed instructions from fee earners within the team and providing regular updates on progress
  • experience on Data Subject Access Requests would be preferable
