Requirements


  • strong understanding of residential property and HNW transactions
  • excellent verbal and written communication
  • formal secretarial training e.g. ILEX is desirable, but not essential
  • proficiency in all Microsoft packages
  • you will have legal secretarial experience, with experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution
  • excellent ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • you will have a friendly, calm and professional disposition
  • salary up to around £28,000 PA
  • meticulous attention to detail and communication skills
  • support to develop your experience
  • ability to work in a busy environment
  • A highly engaging environment
  • excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and iManage essential
  • knowledge of Visual Files, Adobe Acrobat, Workshare, CleanDocs, T3 and / or Wordpress beneficial
  • excellent MS Office, typing and good commercial awareness
  • ideally you have 1-2 years' experience working in a similar administrative position
  • effective client relationship skills with previous legal experience
  • ideally, you have a secretarial qualification
  • proactive, bags of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
  • proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
