review of Group General Terms and Conditions and General Pricing Terms against Securities Services Templates
review Account Opening Form. Template needs to be updated and be fit for Depositary and Custody
creation and sign off of intra-group agreements required for the Securities Services Templates
review of new licences or other services with third party providers
assisting with Depositary Application and UK Branch application
help create amendment agreements and termination letters, which will be circulated to the commercial leads Managing the process to track progress
assisting Head of Legal with the implementation of DocuSign at the new electronic signature tool
helping to create contract gap analysis report to be presented by Head of Legal to Group Legal re: Securities Services Templates
contract management for a significant client of UK Branch. Involves the creation of an agreed form custody agreement, interaction with client, agreeing final form and arranging signature
preparing separate policies for the new UK depositary subsidiary
assisting legal counsel with sending out various client templates to new clients and help managing the relationship between Legal and other stakeholders to obtain instructions and sign off on final form agreements
