Responsibility
- booth Welsh has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team
- this role will be full time, Monday – Thursday 9am–5pm & Friday 9am-4pm
- driving licence would be advantageous
- you will be required to support the main reception function but will also have additional responsibilities to support the wider business with administration duties
- greet clients, visitors and employees arriving at reception and ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and professionally
- manage switchboard and reception
- ensure that all calls coming into the switchboard are answered promptly, are introduced and passed to the correct employee for assistance
- maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and issue visitor badges
