Responsibility
- A good communicator with knowledge of the managers or activities they assist
- organise events and meetings
- frequently liaise with various internal and external contacts
- maintaining a corporate calendar with the key meeting dates, within Children in Need
- maintain efficient and effective online filing system, ensuring all documentation is catalogued and organised using internal systems
- prepare documents and format papers for Governance meetings
- provide diary management services to 2-3 Directors, including the management and scheduling of key calendar appointments ensuring effective use of Directors’ time
- manage designated charity wide activity which may include managing the new joiner experience and the joiner/movers/leavers processes, co-ordinating Directorate and All Staff conferences and keeping organization-wide information and policies relevant and up to date
