Responsibility

create and deliver migration initiatives across all business across the enterprise solutions department
deliver and enhance data migration strategy across Delta and Bulk migrations
manage as-is data definition from the current legacy systems
produce data mappings of the legacy systems data fields to the new systems
taking data from individual solutions and converting it to a single central solution
ensure the data produced meets the data quality standards
support systems and deployment testing, ensuring any data errors are identified
you will be a self-starter and have effective interpersonal and communication skills
essential Experience
as Contract Exit Manager, you will be responsible for the orderly exit of the in-scope IT services on expiry of the contracted service agreements following the successful transition of the services as part of the Evolve Portfolio
strong commercial and supplier management skills to encourage collaborative working across all parties
you will have primary responsibility for successful delivery of the required outcomes, including appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, managing risks, issues and dependencies as well as ensuring the business readiness for contract exit
PRINCE2 or MSP and MCIPS
proven extensive experience in developing exit plans with suppliers, including exit arrangements for data provision, staff transfers, hardware decommissioning and other exit service provisions including access to exiting personnel and knowledge sharing
contract opportunity: Exit Manager - London/Remote - 12 months - INSIDE IR35 - £650-700 per day
proven experience of defining and agreeing exit related accountabilities and responsibilities for the exiting supplier, and holding the supplier to account in respect of those responsibilities and any agreed deliverables
please note: This role is INSIDE IR35, please do not apply if you are not happy working inside IR35
proven ability to manage complex and potentially strained supplier relationships during the period of exit, including demonstrable ability to defuse and dissolve conflict between involved parties
escalating blockers that cannot be controlled by the project team or are at risk of being delayed to Sponsor and stakeholders
overall responsibility for project artefacts
